Free shipping on orders within the UK over £50.00
Orders under £50.00 to UK will have a £3.95 shipping charge.
Orders under £50.00 to Europe will have a £7.95 shipping charge.
Oversized items will incur and extra £10 on top of regular shipping costs.
We currently only ship within the UK and Europe but if you are located further afield and wish to place an order please contact us on shop@nookliving.co.uk and we can manage your request!
As we are a small business we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days. Customers should expect their delivery 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Order Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order, via shop@nookliving.co.uk with the details.
Once a return has been processed, the purchase must be returned to us within 14 working days. Items must be returned with a proof of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. Return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable.
We recommend that you use a courier service or Royal Mail’s registered post, keeping a note of the reference number as Nook Living cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels. Returns and exchanges can also be made in the store.
Gift vouchers, sale items, pierced earrings, personalised items and opened or unsaleable products cannot be returned.
Refunds will be issued once returned items have been received and accepted.
